We maintain a large inventory of parts in our shop as well as on each technicians vehicle. If we don't have the part in stock we can typically get the part within 2-3 days. If you are in a hurry we can overnight parts (extra fees apply) provided we process the order early enough for our parts supplier. We can ship or mail parts to your location also.

Looking for parts to fix it yourself? Give us a call or send an email. Have your model and serial number ready and we can look up whatever you need. The manufacturers like to put the model and serial number plate in out of the way places so it may take some searching to find it (the model number found on the front cover of your users manual is usually missing quite a few digits so it's best to get the numbers off the info plate).

Keep in mind when changing any parts, remove power and/or shut off water to the unit you are working on. Electrical parts that have been opened, parts that have been installed and any special order parts (factory order, not stocked by our parts supplier) are not returnable. Certain ordered parts that are returned will be assessed a restocking fee to cover shipping and handling back to our supplier. Factory warranty and non-warranty parts must be installed and tested by one of our service technicians to qualify for parts warranty.
