	Cooking Check Up:
	Test and check operation of gas and electric ranges, wall ovens, cook tops. Adjust and calibrate as needed. Check for correct current on ignitors for gas appliances. Check lock/latch assembly operation for self clean. Don't wait until the night before that big Thanksgiving dinner to find out your oven is not up to par! Return to the list of our services


	Dishwasher Check Up:
	Check fill rate, agitate, drain, cycle diagnostics (if applicable). Check sump, filters and screens. Check for correct heater current. Check and fill rinse aid dispenser. Return to the list of our services


	Dryer Check Up:
	Check and clean dryer of lint, test and check operation and temperatures, check belts, rollers, idlers (venting from the dryer to outside wall will be handled on a case by case basis for a variety of factors, some of which are improper ducting material, accessibility, improper installation). 	Microwave Check Up:
	Test operation of microwave, check for leakage from magnetron. Check bulbs, screens and filters. Return to the list of our services


	Refrigeration Check Up:
	Check and clean coils, check fresh food and freezer section temperatures. Check fill rate of water dispenser, cube size and type on ice makers. Return to the list of our services


	Washer Check Up:
	Check and replace hoses with stainless braided lines to assist in the prevention of line ruptures (as needed). Check fill, agitation, drain and spin sequence. Install new gaskets and screens to keep valve screens clean and operational. Front loaders checked for buildup, spin stability and detergent levels. Return to the list of our services
